D: Discover - What do you want to discover?
E: Explore - Is this something I want to explore? What about this recipe or content interests ME? Really, let your curiosity grow. In this step, you are thinking about the Pro and Con of a possible option/solution
P: Play - This is when you would actually TRY ON the recipe or meal idea. I know…. you have to make the recipe and see if it will work for you.
C: Challenge- WHEN am I actually going to use this recipe/meal idea? What would help me use it?
