New Direction: The surprising results of the No Weight Loss Required survey
Satisfy your curiosity and discover what weight-inclusive topics NWLR will write about for the rest of 2024 and into 2025!
What makes things better? Feedback does, and a few weeks ago, I asked readers of No Weight Loss Required feedback. The key questions you answered were: What should we write about, what is the next mini-course, and what are some ways to improve this publication?
Please write about…
Topics you are interested in seem to fall into three categories. Body image, Nutrition, and Preventing/solving problems associated with elevated blood glucose. The next runner-ups included how to manage time and mindfulness.
Wait, there is a mini-course?
If you don’t know, No Weight Loss Required offers two mini-courses for paid subscribers. These include Weight-Inclusive Nutrition 101 and Sweet Bodies: Practical tools for body image. When asked what mini-course you want next, the response was clear: 71% of you want to discuss time.
Time is a broad topic, so drawing from my 1:1 work with clients, the next mini-course will be about visualizing time differently. The feedback I get from clients ranges from amazement to gratitude. “That was so helpful!” “Now I can manage my time because I understand how to visualize time.” Trust me, you will love it!
Expect this next mini-course sometime in October, just before the busy holiday season.

Other results included that 88% felt the content was either extremely or very relevant, which feels like a big hug. Thank you for the affirmation!
75% felt that publishing 3-4 times a month was just right, which caused a little celebration dance as I wrote! I wanted to thank those who took the survey. Your feedback is greatly appreciated, and I will roll out these changes over the next four months.
